Courier Management System

Designed for optimal courier hand-in, hand-over and monitoring, this portal enables our staff to manage a tight operation.

Our flagship app allows a fraud-proof experience for clients; screenshots and live updates for all orders coupled with an intuitive interface for couriers of all backgrounds.

Our Pick-Up App empowers Turuq to provide a pick-up based model, further scaling our operations.

Shopify Partners App
Overview:
A Third-Party App on Shopify developed specifically for our clients, offering automated order receival, stock synchronization and more.

Courier Integration Service
Overview:
Our Courier Integration Service (CIS) is the middleware layer that bridges Turuq's internal order management with third-party courier providers, handling fulfillment dispatching, webhook ingestion, and real-time status synchronization.
