Courier Management System
Objective
Our Courier Management System is the core pillar of our operations, allowing staff to assign orders to their designated couriers, hand in order batches to couriers, monitor and track all order updates; maintaining Turuq's integrity through inspecting every update/screenshot by our couriers. The CMS allows a seamless hand over experience as well. More importantly, the platform allows integrating a barcode scanner to easily allow staff to process orders.

- Courier Manager: Manages the system, settings, and users as well as has access to most features.
- Assignment Officer: Assigns orders to their designated courier.
- Hand-over Officer: Hands-over and settles orders with couriers.
- Pick-Up Officer: Manages processing pick-up orders and preparing RTO batches.
