Objective

The WMS manages order fulfillment for clients operating on a warehouse-based service scheme, ensuring stock is updated with each order fulfilled, as well as regularly controlling stock count through periodic inventory physical counts. The WMS handles inbound & outbound inventory, item barcoding and report generation.

  • Barcode Officer: Responsible for barcoding inbound items.
  • Fulfillment Officer: Responsible for fulfilling orders.
  • Inventory Management Officer: Responsible for carrying out inventory physical counts.

  • Shared Resource Management - Locking orders to prevent conflicts of having an order fulfilled by two different fulfillment officers.
